The aim of physiotherapy is to restore function to the body by using a variety of techniques to help your muscles and joints work to their full potential. Physiotherapy helps repair damage to the body by speeding up the healing process and reduce pain and stiffness. Physiotherapists also help with the prevention of injuries by keeping patients informed about their conditions and the required treatments. Patient education is key to the success of physiotherapy.

Neck and back injuries vary, from strains to spinal fractures.
